At the beginning of the Chinese New Year in 2022, under the leadership of Chairman Peng Tiankui and General Manager Gao Yuxiu, all staff of Bihu Anti slip Marble Tile Co., Ltd. went to the Yimeng Mountain area in the old revolutionary base area for a three-day expansion training. During the expansion period, all personnel fully demonstrated the team's tight knit and highly enterprising spirit. Foshan Bihu Anti slip Marble Tile is a highly socially responsible enterprise that focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of anti slip tiles. In recent years, there has been an increasing number of falls caused by non slip ceramic tiles, especially among the elderly, children, and pregnant women. Once a slip and fall occurs, the consequences cannot be underestimated. During the pregnancy of the company's general manager Gao Yuxiu in earlier years, she fell to the ground due to the slippery indoor floor, but fortunately no major accidents occurred. Afterwards, the couple saw shocking cases online and couldn't help but feel scared. It is precisely because of this incident that the two realized the importance and necessity of anti slip ceramic tiles. However, it is so difficult to create a new product category, especially a breakthrough product! We have put a lot of effort into both technical difficulty and material selection! In 2019, the company established a research laboratory for ultra slip resistance. To ensure the reliability of the products and overcome the technical bottleneck of anti slip on ceramic tile surfaces, the company hired several high-level doctors and masters in this field from home and abroad at high salaries. In the end, with the unremitting efforts of dozens of people working day and night, we achieved an impressive result of six times higher anti slip performance than ordinary ceramic tiles!

In terms of material selection, the technical team has conducted extensive comparisons and experiments on inkjet, preform, and glaze materials. Just for the selection of inkjet equipment and ink, the technical team, led by Mr. Peng of the company, inspected more than ten well-known companies at home and abroad. After nearly a year of visits, they finally confirmed the Italian Tiangong Ferrari inkjet equipment and Spanish Taolixi ink. From then on, it took three years! A "Bihu anti slip marble tile" with each cell being a brand, entered the kiln in early 2022!

This three-day expansion has benefited every member of the Bihu team greatly! I have made great progress in teamwork, collaboration, and tacit understanding, and have also experienced more life truths through training and games!
